Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd is pleased to confirm the appointment of Nick Shattock as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Nick, a qualified solicitor and former partner in a City law firm, has a wealth of real estate experience having led numerous property development projects including Filton airfield in Bristol which included 2,750 homes with ancillary retail and 25 hectares of commercial space. He also led the development of Wembley and Greenwich, two of London’s three largest regeneration programmes.
In addition to his new role at Marshall, Nick is also a non-executive director of Ebbsfleet Development Corporation and has previously been Deputy Chief Executive of Quintain Estates & Development plc and a Non-Executive Director of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.
Marshall Chief Executive Officer Kathy Jenkins comments: “Nick will be an important addition to the Marshall Board, his extensive experience in leading large scale mixed used developments will be invaluable to us as we look to undertake the development of the airport site and deliver on our vision for the complementary new urban quarter for the City of Cambridge.”
Nick will take up his new role with effect from October 1, 2023.
