A proud history of service

Marshall is an independent family-owned business established in Cambridge, U.K., in 1909.

While we are proud of our British heritage, we have a deep relationship with the U.S. going back to the middle of the 20th century.

During World War II we played an important role in air crew training and aircraft repair, working on many iconic American-built platforms such as the Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and Douglas Dakota.

Today we are a recognized authority on the Lockheed Martin C-130 Hercules, applying the unrivalled experience we have built on the platform since 1966 in support of military operators around the world.

We’re proud to serve the United States Marine Corps (USMC) as one of 18 global government fleet operators that rely on our maintenance, repair, and overhaul capabilities to keep their aircraft mission-ready and extend their lifespans.

A global leader with a U.S. focus

As a proudly American operation based in the strategically located aerospace hub in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina, Marshall USA will build on our strong relationships and track record of delivering for the United States military.

We hold approvals as a Lockheed Martin authorized Hercules Service Center for the Legacy C-130 B-H aircraft, and are one of the only two Lockheed Martin approved C-130J Heavy Maintenance Centers in the world. This enables us to deliver complex modifications, quality maintenance, repair and overhaul services and a comprehensive engineering capability to the U.S. and many of its allies.

Our deep engineering knowhow enables us to design and manufacture industry-leading aircraft upgrades and modifications such as center wing replacements.

We also specialize in capability enhancements, as exemplified by Marshall ARC-Radar - a modular intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) system that can be fitted or removed in only a few hours.
