Following Roger Hardy’s appointment as permanent Chair in July 2024, the Board of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd has been considering a successor non-executive director with significant aerospace and defence experience. The Board is therefore pleased to announce the appointment of David Mitchard as a non-executive director.
