We apply the same exacting standards of innovation and quality to everything we do—whether the job is keeping aircraft airworthy, helping a customer take a product from concept to reality, or manufacturing components for flagship defence programmes.
Building on our hard-earned reputation for engineering excellence, we are proud to work shoulder to shoulder with an incredibly diverse range of customers including armed forces, humanitarian organisations, and the world’s largest aerospace and defence contractors.
From designing Concorde’s iconic nose to preparing entire fleets of aircraft for entry into service, we are proud of the part we play in helping our customers succeed - often in the most challenging of circumstances.
Communities
Wherever we are in the world, we work hard to be a force for good in our local communities, from creating employment and boosting exports to inspiring young people to pursue careers in aviation.
To help our people support and fundraise for the causes they care about, we also provide a formal employee volunteering scheme, supported by flexible working patterns.

We are enormously proud to have trained over 21,000 apprentices over the course of our history, and we are committed to creating more extraordinary opportunities for young people - building a pipeline of talent for the future.
Planet
Through our Ambition 2030 programme we put sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
We are committed to building climate resilience, ensuring a healthy environment for our employees and communities, and using and developing sustainable products and services.
In the last few years alone, we have received ISO 14001 certification for environmental management across all our core businesses and incorporated solar PV installations, LED lighting, high-efficiency HVAC systems, air source heat pumps, EV chargers and water-saving equipment into new facilities.
