- Marshall Transformation Director, Neil McManus, has been appointed as Managing Director of Marshall Aerospace.
- Neil is an accomplished business leader with extensive global experience in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
Marshall has appointed Neil McManus to the role of Managing Director for Marshall Aerospace, effective from Monday 25th April.
Neil joined Marshall in September 2021 in the role of Transformation Director, a newly-created role on the Marshall Executive Team with responsibility for driving a Marshall-wide transformation agenda.

Prior to joining Marshall, Neil garnered a wealth of experience across global operations, enterprise change management, Lean leadership, customer management and relations. His early career in BAE Systems leading the Aerostructures business provided the foundation for subsequent key leadership roles in Spirit AeroSystems, GKN Aerospace, Safran Seats (formerly Zodiac Seats) and, immediately before joining Marshall, as COO of Avic Cabin Systems.
