Interim ordinary dividend for 2023 – announced 8th September 2023

The Board of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd is pleased to announce that it intends to pay an interim ordinary dividend of 1.0p on the 12.5p Ordinary Shares and the 12.5p Non-Voting Priority Ordinary Shares, together with the annual priority dividend of 2.0p on the 12.5p Non-Voting Priority Ordinary Shares. These dividends will be paid on 10th November 2023, to all shareholders who are on the register as at 20th October 2023 (the Record date) and is in respect of the year ending 31st December 2023.

Second interim ordinary dividend – announced 12th May 2023

The Board of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a second interim ordinary dividend of 3.0p on both the 12.5p Ordinary Shares and the 12.5p Non-Voting Priority Ordinary Shares. This dividend will be paid on 7th July 2023, to all shareholders who are on the register as at 16th June 2023 (the Record date) and is in respect of the period ending 31st December 2022.

Interim ordinary dividend – announced 28th November 2022

The Board of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of an interim ordinary dividend of 1.0p on the 12.5p Ordinary Shares and the 12.5p Non-Voting Priority Ordinary Shares, together with the annual priority dividend of 2.0p on the 12.5p Non-Voting Priority Ordinary Shares. This dividend will be paid on 16th December 2022, to all shareholders who are on the register as at 29th November 2022 (the Record date) and is in respect of the period ending 31st December 2022.

Special Ordinary dividend – announced 14th September 2022

Following the sale of its shareholding in Marshall Motor Holdings plc, the Board of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a Special Ordinary dividend of 76.0p on both the 12.5p Ordinary Shares and the 12.5p Non-Voting Priority Ordinary Shares.

This dividend will be paid on 7th October 2022, to all shareholders who are on the share register as at 16th September 2022 (the Record date).

The Board of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a second interim ordinary dividend of 3.0p on both the 12.5p Ordinary Shares and the 12.5p Non-Voting Priority Ordinary Shares. This dividend will be paid on 8th July 2022, to all shareholders who were on the register as at 17th June 2022 and is in respect of the 15 months to 31st March 2022.
