The Marshall name has been synonymous with Cambridge since our humble beginnings in 1909, when David Marshall opened a garage and chauffeur company in Brunswick Gardens. We are, and will remain, a family-owned business rooted in Cambridge.
Wherever we are in the world we work hard to be a force for good in the local community - and nowhere is that more true than in our home city.
As we make more of our land available for development, we are excited to be working alongside the people of Cambridge to create a vision that will be truly extraordinary and a legacy that Marshall can be truly proud of.
Cambridge East
Cambridge East is the redevelopment of the Cambridge Airport site to create an extraordinary new urban quarter that delivers new homes, jobs, facilities, infrastructure, and opportunities for our great city.
We will engage extensively with the local community to ensure that Cambridge East is co-created by the people of Cambridge for the people of Cambridge. We are excited to be asking residents and local stakeholder groups to share their ideas of what we could achieve together as we build an extraordinary future for our great city.

We are still in the very early stages of exploring ideas for Cambridge East, and as we progress through the stages of the project there will be numerous opportunities to get involved in shaping our final proposals.
Marleigh
We have partnered with the award-winning housebuilder Hill - another lifelong Cambridge company - to develop a brand-new sustainable development of contemporary housing in a vibrant, thriving community surrounded by green open spaces.
The Marleigh development offers its residents a wide choice of high-quality homes designed to appeal to a broad mix of people. Once complete, this new community will include up to 1,300 houses, and we already have hundreds of happy residents enjoying their new homes in the east side of Cambridge.
