Our purpose
Wherever we operate, our customers, communities, people and planet are at the heart of everything we do.
We have vacancies across a wide range of disciplines in the UK and beyond, and are interested to hear from people of all backgrounds and career stages who share our forward-thinking spirit, our instinct to do the right thing, and our desire to successfully solve problems that others walk away from.
We don’t believe that one size fits all. Our colleagues have access to development that is tailored to them Whether it’s a professional qualification, time to attend networking events, apprenticeships, or anything in-between, you have our support.
We are passionate about internal mobility and offer relocation opportunities so our employees can gain experience working internationally across our diverse portfolio of businesses.
From our frontline engineering talent through to our senior leadership teams, there are countless examples of people who have been able to build their own extraordinary futures here at Marshall.
Every person who joins the Marshall family is different, and we work hard to reflect this in the range of benefits we offer.
However, there are some things are especially important to us as we help our people build their own extraordinary futures.
For our UK team, we offer:

While we don’t advertise salaries, we do benchmark against market rates to ensure we remain competitive and equitable. We regularly review salaries to reflect changing or growing responsibilities and market conditions.
All colleagues are invited to join our annual bonus scheme after a qualifying period.
Additionally, overtime payment is available for colleagues in some operational roles.
We can also support employees with relocation, living allowances and travel expenses where applicable.
The nature of our work means that many colleagues need to be on site to do their job.
For roles with less of a hands-on nature, we offer dynamic working and encourage colleagues and their managers to find a balance that works for the individual and their team, typically three days a week in the office.
We understand that life happens and we trust our colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for their customers; flexibility will be offered wherever possible to give you balance.
We are proud of Marshall’s legacy of preparing more than 21,000 people for careers in aviation and engineering over the course of a century. With a specialised team delivering a wide range of technical, regulatory and health & safety training, we excel in providing practical hands-on skills for aviation and manufacturing roles.
It is widely recognised that professionals who started their careers with Marshall apprenticeship programmes are some of the most competent in the industry. At the same time, we’re committed to ensuring our apprentices are not just technically brilliant but finish their apprenticeship as well-rounded and valuable members of society who can have real impacts in their future careers.
Our current apprentice programmes include:
Times are changing in the traditionally male-dominated fields of aerospace, defence, and logistics, and so are we.
We are focussed on creating an inclusive and equitable environment for all - and, as an independent business, we value openness and honesty so we welcome new ideas and challenges about how we can improve.
As a global business, we also provide opportunities for our employees to develop, collaborate across cultures and learn from one another.
Wherever where we are in the world, we work hard to be a force for good in our local communities, from creating employment and boosting exports to inspiring young people to pursue careers in STEM and aviation, or helping to provide half-way housing for the homeless.
To help our people support and fundraise for the causes they care about, we provide a formal employee volunteering scheme, flexible working patterns, and even grants through our employee-led, company-funded Marshall Community Fund.
At Marshall we put sustainability at the heart of everything we do, using our unique set of skills and values to rise to the global climate change challenge.
Driven by an overarching target of achieving net zero carbon emissions from our operations by the end of the decade, our Ambition 2030 framework aims to ensure that Marshall remains resilient, healthy and sustainable far into the future.
