Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd, a leader in engineering excellence for the aerospace, defence and logistics industries and Cambridge property development, announces that Jonathan Flint CBE, FREng, FinstP has decided to retire as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the end of March 2024 to pursue other interests. Jonathan was appointed to the Board on 1 March 2019 as a non-executive director and became Chair in June 2022.
Julie Baddeley, Senior Independent Director, said “Jonathan has brought a wealth of aerospace experience to Marshall during his time on the Board and has led the formulation of our new five-year strategic plan. The Board wishes him well and thanks him for his enormous contribution and service.”

Julie Baddeley, working closely with the Board and major shareholders, will lead the process to appoint a new Chair, with further announcements to be made in due course.
