Skills and training

Marshall develops and delivers a single-source training provision for businesses operating across the aerospace and engineering sector, drawing on our own legacy of having prepared more than 21,000 people for careers in aviation and engineering over the course of a century.

With a specialised team delivering a wide range of technical, regulatory and health & safety training, we excel in providing practical hands-on skills for aviation and manufacturing roles, as well delivering and assessing competence-based qualifications.

As a UK government approved provider (RoATP), Marshall is authorised to provide training funded from the government apprenticeship levy. In addition to being an approved Civil Aviation Authority part 147 training organisation, we are quality-assured by OFSTED and an approved centre for awarding City & Guilds and internationally recognised EAL qualifications.

We recognise the value of developing people beyond technical skills and the benefits of working with a single trusted provider who can support organisations reach all their people development goals. Our Managed Learning Services approach is designed to provide a holistic programme of continuous development, using industry-leading tools to ensure organisations operating in a highly regulated environment have the right people, skills and processes in place to deliver safely on promises to their customers.

Our approach enables us to deliver bespoke solutions to organisations of all shapes and sizes, from small startups to multinational OEMs.
