Marshall Skills Academy celebrate after being rewarded for hard work in mental health, soft skills and apprentice development.
On Tuesday the 18th of October, The Marshall Skills Academy team attended the regional finals for the Make UK Midlands & East Manufacturing Awards. They were short listed for the Health and Safety category for the extraordinary work they do to support mental health and wellbeing for their apprentices, team and customers.
The atmosphere at the event was fantastic with so many positive business initiatives and impressive apprentices highlighted for the work they do in the region. The evening was made even more special as Marshall Skills Academy received a Runners Up Award in the Health and Safety category!
The judges said, “clearly this company is investing in its people and should shout about their efforts. They’ve focused on mental health training for apprentices to help them cope better with change, with admirable ambition.”
Marshall Skills Academy would like to thank everyone at Make UK for the recognition and congratulate all the other extraordinary winners and runners up.
