It has been confirmed that Jonathan Flint CBE has been appointed Chairman Designate of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd and will succeed Alex Dorrian CBE as Chairman on 30th June 2022.
Jonathan Flint CBE FREng FInstP joined Marshall as a non-executive director in 2019, having previously held senior executive and non-executive roles with Marconi, BAE Systems, Cobham and Oxford Instruments. He is also chairman of the scientific instrumentation company Refeyn and a non-executive director at Oxford University Innovation. Jonathan is a past President of the Institute of Physics and also chairs the QuantIC strategic advisory board for the UK National Quantum Imaging Programme and sits on the advisory board for the proposed gravity wave instrument, AION.
